RARE VINTAGE 1961 Nashua 10x50' trailer project, this has had a secondary roof over it for many years which preserved the original roof a lot longer. it was just removed on 3/15/24. the section that appears to be a repair on the roof over the main entrance door is actually NOT a repair, the previous owner had a small porch going into to the main door and he bridged the two roofs together with fabric so that it did not drip at the seam. other than some of the original paint being worn off of a few sections of the exterior, the aluminum siding is in Awesome condition. the roof is still good and solid with minimal water damage, but will need to get covered fairly soon, the old interior for the most part has been removed and has been replaced with new insulation and sheetrock (A LOT of money has been spent on NEW building materials for this project). It still has the original tub for a little bit of originality. the floor is good and solid as well. this would look amazing to to polish the aluminum exterior. this is similar to the trailer used in "Rockford Files" series (if you are old enough to remember that). DON"T MISS OUT ON THIS RARE VINTAGE NASHUA TRAILER!!
